Entry Form

All entry forms for the Fair must be received by the Secretary postmarked no later than August 1, 2009. Online entries can be made until August 13, 2009 until 12:00 PM. Any entry form received after that date and time will not be accepted, except where noted in the Fair Book and be subjected to the late fee where applicable.
