Due to limited spacing, we make best-faith efforts to ensure a variety of food vendors and avoid duplications. The General Superintendent will review each vendor's items as included on the contract. Vendor will be informed of any food or drink items which cannot be sold as determined by the General Superintendent. All items intended to be sold at the fair MUST be included in the contract. The General Superintendent reserves the right to have any item removed that was not approved via contract.
Any non-food or non-craft vendor, or any craft vendor NOT placed under the pavilion. Spaces are minimum 10 feet wide.
The special craft vendor fee only applies to craft vendors placed under the pavilion. Spaces under the pavilion will be issued on a first come, first served and paid-in-full basis. These vendors MUST demonstrate their craft for at least 4 hours per day.
Below are our formal contracts and payment options. Each vendor type (Food Vendor, Non-Food Vendor, and Craft Pavilion Vendor) has its own contract. Contract must be completed and payment must be remitted after approval of your initial application before your vendor space can be confirmed.
