Our Youth Barn is perfect for a rustic setting and is available for rent for your wedding or special occasion! Enjoy our beautiful scenery, historic buildings and our famous Chestnut Creek covered bridge for your picture-perfect settings.
The total fee to rent the barn is $650, of which $150 is refundable.
A director will inspect the barn after the event to ensure compliance with this section. Only after inspection and subsequent approval will the $150 refundable security deposit be returned. Renter will be billed for any damages to the barn or property incurred during the rental period and the security deposit will be retained.

We offer the rental of the barn space without anything included. You will be responsible for decor, tables, chairs, and contracting with your own vendors for catering, DJ services, etc.
We do have 19 wooden tables (8' x 4') available for use if desired. If you do not wish to use our tables, the tables must be temporarily moved to the upper barn and returned at the end of your rental period.
The rental begins 9 am the day before the event and ends at 6 pm the day after the event unless prior arrangements are made.
A certificate of insurance is required from the renter naming the Neversink Agricultural Society and the Town of Neversink as additional insured. The certificate must be for the day of the event and the coverage required should be no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate. Such certificate must be on file 30 days prior to the use of the facility.
Renter is allowed to decorate the building as desired without causing damage. Renter is responsible for the removal of all decorations and garbage no later than the day after your event unless other arrangements are made. The barn, restrooms, and grounds must be left in original condition and free of damage. This involves moving all fixtures (including tables, benches, trash barrels, etc) back to their proper locations.
The Neversink Agricultural Society does not offer or supply any catering, food service, food items, alcohol, or bartenders and is not responsible for any incident involving any food or beverage. It is recommended you hire a licensed and insured caterer as well as insured and TIPS certified bartenders. Our preferred vendor list will be provided to each renter.
